What is Weight Management Care?Weight Management Care is an individualized care plan developed to support weight loss, weight-related conditions, and weight maintenance by combining evidence-based medical approaches alongside nutritional and movement counseling.

What makes Achieve Health NV different from other weight loss clinics?At Achieve Health NV, our physicians’ expertise goes beyond weight counseling. Dr. Sanguinetti and Dr. Trigero are both dual-board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, pairing an evidence-based medical approach alongside nutritional and exercise planning. We can help with your weight loss journey as well as care for chronic and acute conditions.

Do you prescribe or provide compounded medications for weight loss through the clinic?No, we don't prescribed compounded medications for weight loss. Many compounded medications are not FDA approved and have not been tested for safety and efficacy. We care deeply about the health of our patients, and since weight medications are likely initiated with the plan to be on them lifelong, providing safe and proven treatment is important to us.

How many patients do you see?Our patients are so much more than just a number to us. We strive to be a partner, a coach, and provide guidance to keep you healthy and thriving. By maintaining small panel sizes, our members enjoy added benefits of same and next day appointments, options to self schedule, no-rush visits, and direct communication with your doctor for questions and follow-ups.

Do you accept insurance?No. We do not accept insurance. However, we can/will collaborate with you to use your benefits for your prescriptions and other health costs throughout the year.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?No. We do not accept any insurance.

Can I pay for the membership with my FSA or HSA plan?In many cases, you can use your FSA or HSA funds to cover a Direct Primary Care membership. However, it is best practice to first verify with your benefits representative.

Can membership replace my insurance?We recommend everyone carry insurance to cover unexpected and routine health costs, such as hospitalization, surgery, specialist visits, and prescriptions.

Can I see you without a membership?No. Our model is designed to help you achieve your health goals through an ongoing relationship. Our membership packages ensure you get the personalized care you deserve.

How do I get started?Getting started with a membership is easy. Simply contact our office for a meet and greet. From there, our team will assess your needs and create a healthcare plan just for you!
